They are thin, and crispy crunchy and have a nice flavor. They have no sugar and only about 1 carb per cracker. Salted nicely, not to salty, just right. Also they are made with rice and almond flour.

These are my go-to for a low sodium substitute for regular crackers. It is really hard to find any crackers that are not as salty. Really like the taste of these, too, great to use with hummus.

I got these for my vegetarian daughter as packed with protein and she loves them! They are pricey as high protein! My husband and other daughter wouldn't stop eating them either! I don't particularly like the taste but 3 out of 4 loved them!

I love these. I've been trying them with spreads, cheeses, and even plain and they are truly delicious. Have a nice crunch to them. They taste fresh and nutty and a bit of salt. I find them to be a good snack and I pick on them often. Well prices also

I just went gluten free after a food allergy test showed I'm allergic to everything, it seems. I bought these crackers yesterday and almost went through the box in one sitting. These Crackers are crispy, crunchy and absolutely delicious! The Pepper Jack flavor is perfect. I wish they'd sell these in a bag the size of the typical bag of chips!
