Has a soft velcro style ziploc - not secure once opened. Otherwise freshness is spot on, make banana bread and it came out perfectly! I feel good about feeding this to my family.

Carb count is lower than flour, and it takes a bit of fiddling to get an appealing texture. I generally add extra egg or egg whites. It works for breading, too.

I am doing keto and have tried several almond flours. This one is my favorite. And the price is fantastic. It's not as heavy as some of the others that I have tried. This is my second purchase of this one.

I use a lot of almond flour as a substitute for regular white flour. It's healthier, tastier and also helps me maintain a low carb, low glycemic diet.I previously purchased no brand almond flour at Costco - which was similar in price but not in quality. This one just tastes fresher. It's ground more finely and uniformly as well. Super important when using in recipes calling for regular wheat flour.The bag is resealable, but I recommend storing any unused the freezer to keep it fresh and maintain flavor.

This is a wonderful flour but don't try it to make bread. It's ground extra fine will only make a paste.

Finely ground, always fresh, and cheaper than what's in the store. The zipper is like a plastic Velcro, so be careful not to get almond flour on the inside of the zipper, or it won't close back properly if it's clogged with almond flour. I keep it stored in the refrigerator.

I needed a lot of almond flour so I orderd this as it was the best value I could find anywhere. I was a little nervous the quality would be less because it was the best value, but the quality is excellent. Highly recommend.
