The cover is completely covered in water. Opened the box and put the cover on pool. The cover has been almost has been completely covered in water. Had two of these solar blankets from Blue Wave before and never had the problem before. This cover was twice the price of the two previously covers I had before. Way over priced and does not perform as a solar cover should. I recommend not buying this cover from the vendor as I have have. You will be very disappointed and out of a lot of money. The only reason I purchased this cover for the price was before I had great success with this cover before. This was a big mistake.

It's oversize so it covers the water nicely. It doesn't fall in as you pull it across your pool. It is heavy after it's on- we roll ours up to the edge to play and roll it back when done. It's been averaging about 75 and it did warm the pool up to about 75 in 24 hours. It does the job. It was worth the $50 spent.

I purchased this in October 2021, it is June 2022 and it has 2 giant holes. The cover stays on the pool or hangs from the hangers on the side of the pool designed to hold a solar cover. It is very thin. It does a great job keeping the pool warm, but I don't feel like I should have to buy one every 8 months. Disappointing

Solar blanket was good at first. kept the water warmer than expected.Con was it barely made it through one season.A bunch of the little bubbles are popping and the blanket has tears all over. It was stored inside during the off season out of the sun and elements. I was disappointed about that. Hope this review helps someone.

I put this on the grass for 15 minutes while I trimmed about 10 off so that it would fit better in our above ground pool. It was only 75 degrees outside and it quickly got hot enough to scorch the grass! I can't be upset that the product worked exactly as advertised!

First pool season it worked great, with a seperate aluminum reel of course. 2nd pool season functionality was still there but durability went way down, blue dots flaking all over the place due to brittle material. 3rd pool season provided more blue dots flaking all over the place due to brittle material and 2 weakened straps snapping, only 1 hole. 4th pool season(this year) theres more blue plastic dots all over and multiple holes due to brittle material, additional strap flayed and tore.

The cover started disintegrating after the first year. It was stored indoors when not in use.The company gave us a hard time but finally agreed to replace it for $30.They have since ghosted us. We never received a replacement.You can push a finger through it like it's rotted wood.

This is much thinner than the older one we are replacing. It also arrived with a few rips. Was really cheap though and I don't see how we box it up for return now so will just use as is.

Our pool was almost to hot some days from this awesome cover . Super easy to remove and pull over pool.

pretty thin material but so far so good. immediately improved temperature retention and significantly reduces evaporation. only concern is it is so thin it might degrade but a few months in and no wear visible

Round shape was the best fit for our oval pool. Followed the instructions to let it sit on the pool a couple of days before trimming it to size. Very pleased with the result.. We won't know about its durability until the passage of time. But, it seems that this is an issue for all of this type of pool cover. At least, this one offers a good price.

Product only lasted 1 year got sun damage bubbles are almost all broken and it is also moldy, lasted only 1 year. I'm having to throw it away.

This has been a Godsend for September swimming since we prefer water Temps at 85 or above. We are watching everyone cover their pools and we are still swimming daily!

Good material. Does it's job well. Could be better in that my old cover had drainage holes throughout the top, allowing water to drain while removing cover. This sone has no holes, making the cover heavy when water gets trapped inside during removal
