This is my second cover the lst one had lasted over 3 years year round on our pool in Hawaii. It was still ok but bubbles started to disintegrate as the pool became very warm.Let this one sit over the pool over nite before cutting to size. 12 mm is great the pool warms very fast plus being blue it also looks good.

Do not buy!! This thing is paper thin. I've always used 12 mil covers, and this is no where near the thickness of my old cover. No where on the packaging does it even say it's 12 mil. I've had this thing on the pool in 100 degree weather for the whole month of August. Took it off and the pool is icy cold. Our old cover had to be removed every couple days because the pool would get too hot. Supposed to have a 5 year guarantee, but I doubt it will even last a year. It comes from Leslie Pool, so it's just another of their over priced rip-offs. Run, run, run away from this product!!!!!UPDATE: Only 5 weeks after purchase a 6x6 inch area near the seam is already falling apart. I contacted Blue Wave, but they will only honor the guarantee if I give them another $58. $200 bucks for a cover that only lasted 5 weeks. Total rip-off.

I was impressed with the quality until I had it a couple days and one of the seems started to come undone. Now it's undone about 3' and I may have to have it replaced but other than that it's fantastic it does its job very well

This product is already separated and has giant air bubbles between the layers and is already coming apart in less than a month

I have had my inground pool for over 35 years and purchased many solar cover's . This the first time I got a cover that fit my 16x32 pool perfect. The only trim needed was for the rounded corners. The quality is top notch , one of the best.. Highly recommend this company .

Easy to shape to your pool and stays in place on top of water

Easy to put. It does warm the water a little bit. Good quality.

Keeps pool warm

We've been using this solar cover every day for the past few weeks. It does a great job at heating up the water and is very sturdy. We are careful to not shock the pool while the cover is on or covering it to soon after adding shock. We've found that shock will prematurely deteriorate solar covers. Ours is still like brand new!!
