I make a savory, non-sweet power porridge using these oats cooked in organic chicken bone broth instead of water. After cooking, I add hemp seed hearts, chia seeds, and nutritional yeast for extra protein, nutrition, and flavor. Then I add some grated fresh, raw garlic and hot sauce to give it some kick. I have recently read that some brands of oats have glyphosate (Round-Up) residue, and this brand was listed among the least contaminated.
