I would eat this oatmeal every day if I didn't love rotating my other breakfast yummies. When I don't have extra time, putting apples and raisins in the mixture of crunchy peanut butter, uncooked oatmeal and pure maple syrup, which I heat on the stove in butter is my quick fix for a bowl of granola with extra fruit.
