Just like yellow cornmeal you used to buy at the store. All you can find now is WHITE cornmeal. This reminds me of going to the smokey mountains and buying cornmeal from the old stone water driven mill that still operates.

I use this for cornbread, love the grind for a little extra crunch. I also use this for soaking up excess oll and feed to my chickens.

We love using this brand of coarse ground cornmeal for homemade cornbread. It tastes so good and has the BEST texture. It takes a little longer to make as you need to soak the cornmeal for a while, but it is completely worth it! I know that those Jiffy Cornbread mixes are good, but if you really want to make a special cornbread, splurge on this.

I'm new at making homemade pizza at home. And I have been slowly upping my pizza game. I have been having issues with the dough sticking and I read this would help. It since I got this pizza making has gotten so much easier and my picky kids are loving the pizza. I am definitely going to buy again when I run out.

This is my second bag of this brand of cornmeal. Nothing compares to it. It makes into a very hearty, delicious cornbread. It is nothing like boxed mixed switch cost from $1 to $3 per batch. Those are crap compared to the cornbread you get out of this cornmeal.
