This is a great product. However this label covers up the ingredients. I know it's probably just corn, but I have to have gluten-free and sometimes corn isn't gluten-free. It would be nice to know. I couldn't get the label to peel off so I have no idea. Hope it doesn't upset my stomach!

Very happy with this. Can't find fine ground so sometimes I do grind this more. But makes great corn bread.
