Easy instructions. Made them for my wife and I so I cut the instructions in half only using 1 cup of masa with 3/4 water (microwave a full cup of water in case you need it) instead of 2 cups masa and 1 1/2 - 2 cups water. The first night I made 6 tortillas and they were a little thicker than we like so the second night I stretched the masa out and made the balls smaller and I was able to press 8 tortillas and they came out perfect. Instructions also say to let it rest for an hour which I did the first night, but the second night I only waited maybe 20 minutes and we didn't notice a difference with flavor or texture.

It's the best quality Masa harina for your money!I discovered that it works best when mixed with warm water for tortillas. The flavor is great with or without a pinch of salt.

It is so easy to add a little water to make a corn masa, flatten a ball with a glass pie pan (plastic produce bags will prevent sticking), and flip it onto a hot comal to make fresh tortillas. Your store-bought tortillas of GMO corn can't compete in flavor or quality.
