My only complaint is it needs to be ground finer please! Other than that, it's delicious and for now it's better priced than others which is my main reason for buying it over competitors.

Found this product through a video recipe for tamale pie. Cast iron skillet bake style. Don't put it on too thick and it's great. Used my Better Than Bullion Roasted Chicken stock and it tasted great. Made one beef and one chicken actually. Both were exceptional

by mistake I received only one bag instead of 3. I wrote to the seller and they send me back the missing ones. This corn flour is the best. I use it to arepas to my little boy, he is in love. the color and the flavor is just perfect. and the price super!!! thanks so much

I made tortillas for the first time using this Masa Harina. Marvelous corn flavor, but I need a thinner dough so that the tortilla will press larger. Husband was delighted with the flavor which is far more impactful than corn meal.

I have always used traditional Masa Harina flour from La Marqueta to make my tamales, and have been satisfied. Then it occurred to me to see if anyone made organic masa. I was happy to see Bob's Red Mill who I love and trust had a version! Well although it costs about ten times as much as the traditional style, I will never go back! This masa takes a little bit more finesse to get the right texture, so be prepared to play around with your fat and liquid amounts, but OMG the flavor just knocks it out of the park!!!! The tamales have never tasted this incredibly delicious. Just get it, and you will be so completely happy. I'm looking forward to making my own tortillas next. This masa is so incredibly delicious.

It's organic but not good for making Pasteles needed a precooked meal. Smells like tortilla chips

The first tamale pie I made I didn't have the right product to make the masa so the topping was gritty. This is the right stuff! Great taste and texture! Will also be great for making cornbread.

I have used this product for both tortillas and tamales. The flavor is delicious. It handles very nicely. The delivery was fast and packed well while not being over-packaged.

The Masa flour was fine, the recipe was horrible. I didn't take stars off since the fault was with the person sharing the nasty recipe. Moral to the story, not all people that share recipes cook decent, edible meals. I'll use the Masa for my own recipes.

I use this flour to make a chicken enchilada soup. My local Kroger used to carry it, but they only carried a 2lb bag of it, so I would use it and by the time I came around to making the soup again it would smell a little rancid. I'm hoping that by buying smaller packages, they will last and store a little longer. I really like this brand of masa harina. It mixes well and creates the right amount of texture for my soup. I have tried it with other brands and it just doesn't come out tasting right.
