Bought a case because of good pricing while trying out different masa brands. The flavor of Bob's is good, but the mill on it is pretty rough incomparison to other brands. Since I've got several pounds of it now, I just blend it 25/75 with a finer milled masa to work through it. I you like a right mill, I'd recommend, simply not my preference.

THIS WAS OK BUT THEIR RECIPE IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I HAD IT DIDN'T WORK AS WELL, IT NEEDS THE OIL TO KEEP FROM FALLING APART. THE OTHER PROBLEM I HAD WAS IT WAS CHEAPER TO BUY BULK BUT IT EXPIRES IN SEPT 2021!! THAT WOULD BE A WHOLE LOT OF TORTILLAS FOR 1 PERSON, FORTUNATELY IT SAID ONLINE YOU CAN FREEZE UNOPENED BAGS THAT WILL KEEP FOR A LONG TIME IF SEALED PROPERLY (VACUUM SEALED)
