Hey y'all I just have to say that I LOVE Bob's Red Mill I saw they had organic products and I've been wanting to make home made chips and tortillas due to additives in EVERYTHING. This is a 5/5! If you're looking for good quality products with no additives and taking control of what you put in your body!The flavor is great, the value for your money is also met and the instructions on the back tell you what you need to know :) clear, concise, and to the point.I highly recommend!

Much healthier and tastier than white flour tortillas when prepared correctly and more authentic. No oils are needed (except for a little to grease the pan) and they don't seem to need salt which is amazing. It's also very convent to be able to make these from the pantry -no need to make a trip to the store for taco night. Organic is a plus.My first batch wasn't tasty at all but overtime they became great. I don't know much about cooking but I tried this.Some things I found useful:-Use a cast iron comal/griddle pan -I use a Lodge pan which is about $20 if you don't have one-Grease the pan once with a little neutral oil-Keep the dough covered so it doesn't try out-Use a plastic bag/pan on either side of the dough to press into shape -the press is optional-Tacos are traditionally small -you cannot make a burrito shells out of this, just enjoy more-Use a timer until you get used to it-Press them on the pan after a while to get them to puff-Put the tacos under kitchen towels so they steam each other (so they are flexible) and keep warm-Watch some videos online if you have trouble

Its so usable, tastes good (not quite like store bought made tortillas) organic I'll buy it again. I just have to ajust taste buds after a life ti.e eating store bought.

These make much tastier tortillas than other major brands. There is so much more corn flavor and the texture is superior. My tortillas turn out better than when I use Maseca.

Great tortillas for everyday use. We eat tacos almost everyday in our house. For Chicanos, tacos aren't just reserved for Tuesdays. Flour tortillas can get to your waistline and be bad regularly so corn tortillas are a healthy option throughout the week. These cook up well, easy to mix, and are great for frying for tostadas or to make your own chips. I love Bob's red mill products all around and wasn't disappointed one bit by their masa. Highly recommended.
