When the pandemic hit, hand weights went up in price horribly. So I was happy when I found these. They are 8lb weights that fit just fine in my small hands.The only reason I deducted a star is because there are some spots where they are uneven under the overlay. This is only an issue when using them on the floor for push-ups and such.Overall, not bad for the price!
