I have used this product for 4 months and I believe that I see an improvement in hair and nails. Can't say that my hair is thicker though. It is a tasteless powder that I mix into my morning coffee. I plan to keep taking for one year and then reevaluate its effectiveness.

I was using another top-quality collagen when my daughter told me that her hairdresser said she had new growth after using this. I have been battling thinning hair for many years. I started taking this and within about 4 months, my hairdresser said she saw new growth. After 9 months I also see the shorter hair thickening. I am excited to see what another year does. My hair grows very slowly, with necessity of haircuts only 3 times a year. Anyway, I truly have improvement.

I have used this product for years. I ran out recently and tried the green and white organic collagen from Walmart. What an awful chemical taste. I threw it out and waited for this one. Mixes quickly in water with no flavor.

Almost 18 months ago, I began exercising a bit more vigorously than my normal workouts. I have since lost more than 40lbs. But the deal breaker was my knee pain. I did some research and came upon this mix. I'm on my 2nd tub - the pain has almost disappeared during the workouts - I can jump and do squats and hours later, my knees are NOT hurting at all. I hope the recipe will not be changed. Also there is new hair growth and nails are not as brittle. I'm 50 in years so when you get to my age, you'll love this product more!

Unfortunately the unflavored still tastes like collagen, but is tolerable in a good cup of coffee. Definitely has helped my joint pain caused from lifting and Hiit workouts I would recommend

After taking this for 4 months I have seen great improvement in my hair and skin. My hair is thick and has no breakage. It is a little pricey but it is good.

It took a few months for the effects to show up, but it was worth the wait. My thinning hair started thickening up and looks nice and full like when I was in my twenties. But what surprised me the most are my fingernails. They are beautiful and they are strong, I have to keep them trimmed and filed, where as before they just broke or peeled off. My hairdresser is using this product now too, she tried several others that didn't dissolve thoroughly, but she loves this brand.
