I won't deny the benefits of collagen powder but this supplement will ruin my day in any dose. I've tried in many different portions and my body flat out rejects this supplement where I don't have issues with collagen pills or other protein powders. Taking this means spending the next few hours on the toilet feeling pretty awful.

This is a very fine powder. Not thick, gritty like Vital Proteins. This has no taste! Dissolves INSTANTLY in hit and cold water. No clumping at all. It's perfect, clean ingredients. I love it.

This collagen powder is very easy to use! Plus, it does not have any flavor so you can add it to drinks and food!I'm a first time user of this product. I believe it may take a month or so to see results! Hopefully they're good!!

I mix a scoop of this Sports Research collagen into my first cup of coffee daily. It dissolves easily and it is virtually tasteless. I'm 71 years old and I don't suffer from painful knees or hips like many others my age. I can't say that it is because of the collagen , but I don't see a downside to taking it. I also think it helps regulate bodily functions.

I have been using this collagen everyday for 3 years. If has been very helpful with my joints and my once thinning hair. It dissolves best in hot liquids; I add it to my morning coffee. It has a very mild flavor.

As an aging vegetarian for the past 50 years, this product was like a miracle. Bones, skin tone, muscle mass, energy and sleep have all improved. I have recommended it to several others with joint problems, and everyone raves about the instant results. The flavorless version is completely flavorless, and dissolves easily in any hot drink (not cold - it lumps up.) I would strongly recommend it for any older person over 50. And this powder is much cheaper than capsules or other formulations.

I've been adding 1 scoop of these collagen peptides to my coffee in the morning for about a year now. I can honestly say it has helped the skin on my arms be thicker and less prone to tearing. I'm 65 and had paper thin skin on my arms that used to tear every time I bumped into something. I still get bruised, but my skin no longer tears open. It didn't change right away. I know it was at least 6 months, maybe longer at 1 scoop per day. I do not take any other vitamins so this change is attributable to these collagen peptides alone.

I've tried this a few times. I mix it in with a protein drink and a greens powder and I've also mixed it in with coffee and there's no taste

Have taken many different brands of collagen and I can say this one dissolves much better in my morning coffee and when I blend in my protein drink. However, it is expensive for the quantity you get and my only reason for 4 stars. Sometimes you can find better deals in Costco or local markets.
