I don't know about pain relief but my nails and hair love this stuff! It dissolves in my coffee. I put in one scoop in the bottom of my cup then pour coffee over it. No flavor at all. Highly recommend it.

It's going on 3 years I have used the collegen- peptide powder and these are the noticeable things I see.Hair was graying and that reversed the process by 80 . I work out 3 times a week, mostly weights. I don't get those awful sore muscles, it's the best I could hope for and really never expected.I dissolve in water and usually add a bit of flavor and it's a scoop or 2 daily.It's now on subscription, so no hassle.So yeah, I give it a 10!

I've been taking this for 3 years and within the first 3 months I notice my hair stronger. I love this product and will continue to always drink with my coffee.

This dissolves easily in my hot soup. It has no taste at all. It thickens the soup a little which is fine with me. I have been using it for a couple of months and my crepey arm skin looks a lot better. I am pleased and will continue using it.

I used this for daily use and it worked great. Saw other reviewers using it for health reasons and I jumped on the band wagon. It's tasteless and mixed well with everything from hot tea to smoothies etc. Would def recommend

Since starting this product my knee pain has gotten so much better, and it mixes well in any hot or cold liquid. I wish it was some type of discount for repeated customers.

This mixes great in coffee. So that makes it easy to take. No swallowing pills! Which is a plus for me. I have wasted so much money on the hugh collagen pills only to throw away. Will definitely purchase again

A relative recommended this years ago and I have been on it ever since. I did stop taking it at one point and I noticed a drastic difference within a month so I immediately got back on it. It took a couple of weeks to start working again but I definitely noticed a difference. You can put it in any drink and it dissolves clear. I put a scoop in my tea every morning.

Been drinking large mugs everyday, sometimes multiple times, for about a month. Haven't seen a difference in my body yet, probably too soon, but the dark chocolate is yummy. I've even tried adding into baked bread (two scoops into Trader Joe's apple bread mix with a little additional liquid) and it came out smelling and tasting great. I've only found one recipe so far, which I'll be trying out soon. Hope to see more recipes in the future.
