Starting putting in my coffee a few months after a surgery on my elbow/broken bones. Immediately started feeling better and started working out again days later. After a couple months ise, I look younger and feel better overall too.

I have been putting this in my morning coffee for several years. It mixes in well with no flavor or aftertaste. I'm sure it would mix well in other food/drinks also. My hair used to only grow so long. Since adding this product to my daily routine, my hair has grown longer (about bellybutton length) and my knees aren't as sore anymore, even with weather changes.

I ordered the small jar to try since I've had histamine intolerance reactions to other collagen powders. I didn't experience any discomfort or itching with this one. I appear to be digesting it well. I'm going to order a larger jar.

I have been using this in my morning coffee for about 8 months. It has strengthened my nails so that they don't tear easily now. Doesn't affect taste of the coffee.

I take both Marine and Bovine collagen at least 5 times a week in my Protein shake I take to the gym.In addition to feeling younger than my 79 years, people say that I look to be anywhere from mid 50's toearly 60's. As I understand it, the Marine collagen, in addition to other things, is good for the skin. The Bovine, in addition to other things, is good for everything internal. The collagen dissolves into nothingness so put it in any of your drinks hot or cold. It is tasteless as well. Highly recommended............!
