I routinely mess up joints and muscles in the gym so I took up collagen supplements about a year ago. So far, this is my favorite as far as providing enough collagen per scoop at a reasonable price. It definitely helps with joint pain and recovery/healing. When I run out I can notice the difference usually within a week. Good stuff if you have (apparently) poor form in the gym like this guy.
