The price was pretty high for a single piece, although it is large. But I guess that's how it goes with specialty tools.

This wrench is a perfect fit for the Campagnolo bottom bracket parts I install on my racing bikes. The long handle gives it good torque.

I'll rarely use this tool. But when I need it I need it and there is no substitute. Holds up to high torque. Fits properly.

It's a bent piece of steel with 6 sides. Hard to imagine how something like this can get less than 5 stars unless you ordered the wrong thing.

12mm hex is just outside the norm for hex wrenches that are sold in a big box store. When you need to remove a Ritchey bicycle hub, you could spend a lot for bicycle-branded tool or get this cheap thing. They function exactly the same.

I needed a 12mm bit with long-reach to remove the freewheel body on a Bontrager bike hub. The cheapest long reach bit was ~$20 so this is a much more cost effective solution. The straight part of the wrench is ~8.5", which allows placing the wrench through the opposite side of the hub and out the other side. Then I used a regular 12mm socket wrench to remove and replace the freehub. Free delivery from CA to NJ took 4-days and the wrench quality is very good!

After building up my new bike from the frame, I needed to swap out the end caps on my new wheelset. After finding out that I needed a 12mm hex wrench to take off the caps, I set out looking for one. Sears claims they have three on their store specific website inventory but don't bother. It took 3 people looking for 15 minutes to determine their computer system was wrong.Since I already have the Bondhus set of metric and standard hex sets, I knew I wouldn't go wrong with this individual wrench.High quality and feels solid while using it. This will probably be used very sparingly so I figure it should last many years if I don't lose it first.
