Great nutrition info; not quite finished with the book yet, but I disagree with her saying baby needs to be put to sleep in a crib in another room by 4 months for Mom's sleep to be better. The frequency of night nursing greatly affects how soon a woman's cycle's returns after birth, and rushing to get baby to sleep through the night will bring it back sooner. But all in all, I'm enjoying the nutrition info.
