Mission: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Monterey County's mission is to inspire and empower the youth of Monterey County to realize their full potential to become responsible, healthy, productive and successful citizens. It is our goal that every child we serve performs at grade level, graduates from high school, completes post-secondary education or training, and earns a livable wage as a productive, healthy member of their community. Part of the community since 1968, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County (BGCMC) operates two Clubhouses that serve an average of 500 children a day with high-quality programs provided by trained youth development professionals.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1969, and donations are tax-deductible.
