Mission: The Brick Store Museum was founded in 1936 and is located in five nineteenth-century buildings in the heart of Kennebunk''s National Register Historic District. The museum exhibits, interprets and preserves impressive collections of material culture and decorative and fine arts, in addition to maintaining an extensive regional archives. As a not-for-profit organization, the museum relies upon admissions, memberships, grants and donations to fund its mission of preserving the heritage of the Kennebunks.
