I love lentil soup, it's healthy for you, especially if you're vegetarian. Add lots of veg a little olive oil and water and simmer till lentils are soft. Add oregano, salt and a bay leaf for extra flavor ....delicious, very filling and good for you.

These Tasty Bite Madras Lentils are delicious. i have bought very many of these packs before. Often i just eat these lentils alone or with a pickle. if i have a pickle i'll eat one with it and they taste even better to me. Today we ran out of the old recipe package. i was surprised that the new package of Madras Lentils have a bit of a different flavor and i have to say i don't like them as much as the old recipe. i gave it 5 stars, but that is for the old recipe. The taste of the new one is a bit strange for my taste. Maybe i won't even buy them anymore, but you never know, because they are still good. i hope this review is helpful. Sabiene :)
