Received this today and have already enjoyed playing with my 5 year old for a couple of hours. Great checkers 'board' to teach the game on-the pieces are sturdy and just the right size. Look forward to sharing it with others as well.

The product is large, and the size of pieces does add to the enjoyment of "capturing" the pieces. The cloth material for the "board" seemed fairly high quality, defintely preferred over the typical cardboard board that has a tendecy to wrap. Highly recommend.

I bought this Giant checkers set for my son instead of buying a cheap cardboard set. I am glad I did. I think this will last a long time. The kids can lay in the floor and play

When I was younger I had a real giant checker rug and this is not it. It's cute don't get me wrong but I was hoping to cover more yard with it. Should still be fun for my guest.
