High quality Nice grip I like that its hard not squishy and it bounces although I dont use it for that Its perfect for the crunches my personal trainer has me doing arching backwards over an exercise ball and touching this to the ground then sitting up and keeping the lower back against the exercise ball reaching into the air with this medicine ball Great beginner workout and it supports my back while strengthening the core and elongating ab muscles
