Great card! I don’t like that C is for cheese. Confusing for children since C doesn’t make the ch sound.

Sturdy cards, cute illustrations, many games to play. Certainly a fun and helpful tool in teaching preschoolers letters and phonetics.<br /><br />Small cons:<br />Letter C is for cheese. A traditional "C" would have been better than "CH".<br />Letters q, I, and a were not traditional preschool/kindergarten font. It was a little confusing for my preschoolers at first.

The cards are colorful and well done. However, I question their picture/word choice for some of the letter associations. When trying to teach a child the letter sounds, it is unhelpful to have "giraffe" represent "G", and "cheese" represent "C", for example.

Great quality cards. Kids love using these to play games like Go Fish. Not good for practicing beginning phonics because of some of the objects used to represent each letter. For example cheese for C.
