This mat more than met my expectations. Not only nice and thick, but also a little longer than most. Lightweight, with a convenient carrying strap. I am delighted with it!

I cannot recommend this for yoga. The mat stretches while I'm in downward facing dog and also slips on the floor. Not safe! Very disapppinted.

It is a nice mat, but I used it for other projects and had to cut it up into pieces. One piece for a automotive creeper, and another piece as a cushion to an electronic meter in a case. So for me, this mat is like wd40, a million & 1 uses.

I have struggled with anything during Pilates where I need to rock on my back. Highly recommended this mat! The other day at Pilates, I kept doing the exercise when everyone was done, because I could!

This mat is nice and cushy. I enjoy exercising on it, and others like to lie on it. It could clean better, as over time is dents in a little, as I clean. But it's not any worse than any other mat I've tried. Price is not too bad for the value.

So much better than the other mat that I had. It was so uncomfortable exercising on hardwood flooring. This was just what I needed. Highly recommend. The only negative would be the straps that keep it rolled up as they seem flimsy.

I just received and I love the thickness of this mat and it's not slippery, but after only using twice for yoga classes, it's starting to get small tears. I don't know how long it will hold up before being unusable. It would be the perfect mat for me I it was more durable.

These are not very good quality. I am using them in my Pilates studio and they've become worn and pitted with very little use. I won't be buying these again.

Its a great exercise mat. I got a thick one because my joints would hurt on the hard surface. Its a little too stretchy to do yoga. Spend a little more money, get a properly sized yoga mat.
