This thing is amazing. I have awful knees from a car accident and subsequent surgeries, and regular mats are too thin and make it painful to be on my knees. I only wish it came in different colors!

Giving it one star for the description being completely inaccurate. It's not even close to being 3/4 inch thick. It's 9/16 of an inch thick which is just a hair over 1/2 inch thick.

I love this mat. Not only is it thick, but it provides nice cushion during my practice. I have bad knees, elbows, and wrists, but this allows me to perform my yoga without discomfort.

Price was great, considering higher prices by other vendors. Delivery was quick. We love the mat's length and thickness to cushion our daily floor exercise workouts. Definitely worth the money. Great deal!!
