It is a nice mat, but I used it for other projects and had to cut it up into pieces. One piece for a automotive creeper, and another piece as a cushion to an electronic meter in a case. So for me, this mat is like wd40, a million 1 uses.

I have struggled with anything during Pilates where I need to rock on my back. Highly recommended this mat! The other day at Pilates, I kept doing the exercise when everyone was done, because I could!
