Super thick. Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Doesn't lose thickness. I developed pain and numbness in my wrists due to carrying baby and I couldn't even do a downward facing dog without tons of pain and shaking. Not an issue with this mat.

This mat is perfect for my Camp Gladiator workouts, which are all outside on hard cement. Now I won’t have bruised or hurting knees and back when we work out on the ground.

I use this on a tile floor and it's wonderful! I had a thinner mat before (and the bruises to show for it):nbsp; Tone Fitness Yoga Mat with Floral Pattern, Teal . This extra-thick mat saves your knees, hips, and pelvis from the abuse of planks, pushups and supermans. Wish I had bought this sooner. The pink is very pretty.

This is a great match! I love the thickness it has. I have tiled floors, and I needed some padding to exercise. This does the trick. It is worth the money I paid for it.
