Best yoga mat I've ever owned. I have major back pain so this makes being down on the floor easy.

Much more comfortable than a regular yoga mat for my husbands bad back. Can't speak to durability yet, but it is great so far.

I am a big guy almost 300 lbs, and it provides good cushioning for my lower back (which I have had issues with in the past). I can now do yoga, thank you. (carrying strap is also a nice plus)
