This provides what the plethora of other choices don't. It's thick. Might not be necessary for yoga but perfect for basement gym for doing crunches or any other exercise.

This yoga mat is the best I’ve purchased. The thin ones are no better than the regular carpeted floor. This mat is thick, big enough, comfortable, providing a real cushion for exercises. It’s spendy, but for me, it is worth the price.

I had spinal fusion surgery and need to stretch often. I just received this mat and have used it once. It really made my PT much easier and very comfortable. It doesn’t move at all.There was an odor when I opened packaging but not off putting. I’m going to get much use from this!

This mat is perfect for me as I had my knee replaced and I don't feel any pain while using it.My only complaint is that when you unroll it, the ends curl back up..

The thickness softness is awesome - good grip!good durability too - over 6 months I used.Only improvement suggestion is: They could label the mat to identify the top side - people are mistakenly using the stripe side as the top, while it is the bottom.

I've used this mat twice a week for about 9 months. I really need extra padding, and this is very comfortable. The other folks in the class eye my mat with some jealousy. The only issue I've had is the strap broke. I tied the ends together, and it seems to be holding up.

My yoga mat was too thin and did not cushion my hip and elbows from the floor so I purchased this super thick mat. I highly recommend this mat especially if you do floor exercises. Don't let go of your yoga mat. It is not necessary, but you can place it right in top of this mat and add even more cushion.

If you are practicing on cement or hard floors, this mat is for you. Your stability won’t quite be as good, but you won’t get bruises on your back from a hard floor! Excellent product.
