I was looking for a thicker mat for my back issues. This fits the bill. I can exercise on the floor and be comfortable. Still learning a lot of what I can and can't do right now with all the arthritis. But this is such a help. Now to learn how to get up from the comfort, that's my next challenge.

I upgraded to this mat from a 1/2 yoga mat when I found myself routinely doubling or tripling the thinner mat when doing exercises like planks that put a lot of pressure on a small area. I never have to do that with this mat. All kinds of exercises are comfy even on a hardwood floor.

Using the Mats in front of the sink in the kitchen and Laundry room. A lot less fatigue from standing when we use them.

This thick mat is perfect for my replaced knees. It was so comfortable during yoga. My yoga instructor said it was a Pilates mat, but I think it's perfect for yoga if you have bad knees.

On a hard floor, I put the Cloud under my regular mat then am able to do hold more positions in comfort!

The mat is thick enough to support my knees in Pilates. Very comfortable and long enough to keep most of your body off the floor. I would recommend it. Great value and good quality.

This yoga mat is so much better than the thin ones. My bum, doesn't hurt anymore when laying on it. The others are just like laying on the actual floor.
