This is an excellent mat! Nice and thick for my hardwood floors. The length is long enough for all my stretching and yoga poses. It had a slight smell from the manufacturing process but dissipated after a few weeks.

Oh my goodness, a whole 1 inch thick!! this mat is wonderful!! so comfortable!! now i dont have to dread starting the floor work sections of my workout dvds, especially the knee bearing parts!

If I wasn't exercising on this thing I could probably sleep on it. You talk about something that feels good under your feet. I wish my whole house was padded like this. I'm 59 so anything thinner would just not work for these old bones, but this thing here.....IS HEAVEN I TELL YA!

This is exactly what I was looking for - a big thick pad that I can use for a handful of the face-down gymnastic movements that are a part of the program I am in. It would also work well for padding a sleeping bag for someone car/truck camping. Much too large and heavy for backpacking, but less expensive than the better thicker backpacking pads.

I bought this mat as a sleeping pad for camping. Most camping pads are very thing. This mat is actually 134; thick and made of a very squishy foam. It is everything I was hoping for. No odor, rolls easy, lays completely flat when unrolled, and is comfortable.

really a nice mat for home use i have a narrow tall cabinet which i pulled away from the wall about 2 inches and can slide the mat behind it and store it upright and don't have to roll it up for storage

My wife uses this for her exercise class; she had a 'yoga' mat and when I saw that thing I asked myself, 34;Why bother?34; This mat works well for her class and others have asked where she got it.
