Actually 1 inch thick!<br />This was the only mat I could find this thick.<br />The quality of the material will hold up for a very long time.<br />Perfect for those of us who need extra padding when stretching!

its really cushiony and soft, also, I was just super sensitive to the smell at first, but it totally died down given a little fresh air. It was just me, and my sensitivity but CS was superb at trying to help me out with it!

I love this mat! I am in Camp Gladiator and have had it for 5 months. It is super durable, however it did have some damage the first couple of times I used it. I just think it was me breaking it in. I have not had any problems and it still works great! Love this product and worth every penny!
