Purchased this because I was tired of deflating camping pads. Works great and will never go flat. Not exactly backpacking size but for jeep camping on top of a cot it is very comfortable.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is comfortable, rolls up and flattens perfectly for use. If you are looking for a little extra padding and protection for your meditation and yoga or excercise this is a great choice.

Expensive, but anything thinner is useless. I do a lot of core stuff on an industrial carpet over concrete. It's a lot easier to go thru the routines when you don't have to worry about banging yourself on the floor.

I'm fairly new to yoga and found the 1/4" mat on my hardwood floors was not enough cushion for several poses. Found this 1" mat and it works well. By the way, there was no chemical smell whatsoever as mentioned in a couple reviews.
