My wife uses this for her exercise class; she had a 'yoga' mat and when I saw that thing I asked myself, 34;Why bother?34; This mat works well for her class and others have asked where she got it.

really a nice mat for home use i have a narrow tall cabinet which i pulled away from the wall about 2 inches and can slide the mat behind it and store it upright and don't have to roll it up for storage

This comfy mat rolls up easily and has a handy strap. Everyone in my yoga class is envious (as my joints get stiffer, the extra padding is awesome!)

I was homeless for half a year and slept on this mat and it's still not mushed up like previous yoga mats I had. Such materials shrink in size , but this mat is still like original..

This mat is thick and wonderful...the floor I exercise on is hard...with this mat all I feel is cushion...excellent! Came quick too
