I was homeless for half a year and slept on this mat and it's still not mushed up like previous yoga mats I had. Such materials shrink in size , but this mat is still like original..

This mat is thick and wonderful...the floor I exercise on is hard...with this mat all I feel is cushion...excellent! Came quick too

Being that I'm almost 300 pounds all the other mats I've tried left me in pain and not from sore muscles either. This mat is a lifesaver! Finally, a yoga mat that actually feels comfortable on my knees and hips!

I love this yoga pad. My yoga area is in a room with hardwood flooring. My old faithful mat some days just doesn't cut it on these arthritic and stainless steel joints. This pad is gonna reinvigorate my yoga practice and get me into my routine more.
