Smells horrible. Tried letting it air out for literally two weeks and still smells horrible. Smell fills any room I use it in. Seems fine otherwise, but the smell makes it unusable for me.

I was homeless for half a year and slept on this mat and it's still not mushed up like previous yoga mats I had.<br /><br />Such materials shrink in size , but this mat is still like original..

Needed a thick mat for stretching and this is a solid solution. It’s foam, thus stinky, so it’s quarantined until the smell fades because it’s rather unbearable. I’m sure once the smell dissipates, it will be grand.

I liked the thickness, but it was too firm and the odor is terrible. Is it true that you can't return it if you have opened it? The smell is so bad that it stinks up my whole livingroom! I am concerned that it could be from chemicals.

I have hip bursitis and have to do many floor exercises. The 1" thickness of this pad makes my bad hip not hurt so bad when I have to lay on it.

Let me just say, this thing is AMAZING!! I love it!! One of my biggest downfalls to doing yoga was that I would have back pain and knee pain when doing poses that involved being on the floor. This is no longer a problem. I am so grateful to have this amazing mat! That being said, the only thing that I could say that's bad about it is that because of how squishy and wonderful it is, it makes it harder to do balancing poses like tree pose for example, but they can still be done as I'm still working on my balancing anyhow and I was able to do them. I have NOT had any problems with it rolling back up at one end on me either as I saw someone else had had an issue with.

I was amazed at how thick this mat was. No one else I have spoken with knew there was a 1 inch thick mat out there. Love it!
