super thick and comfortable. As a larger yoga participant, I needed a thicker mat to be comfortable. This fit the bill perfectly.

I needed some kind of mat to do various PT exercises. I thought it would be a good idea to go with a thicker one, as I weigh about 280. I'm glad I spent the extra money for this mat. It provides nice cushion for my knees, hips, and back and no more rug burns trying to do exercises on the carpet. Feels like good quality but I haven't had it long. If the durability turns out to be lacking, I will update this review. So far, though, seems good.

The best I have ever seen and felt. It is really thick. I have arthritis, knee problems, back issues. It is really comfortable on all joints. I think it would be too heavy and cumbersome too carry too the gym. But for home use awesome. I looked everywhere and never have I seen anything like this.

Found this to be very comfortable for my knees while working out but annoyed that it did not come with a shoulder sling as advertised !

I have a few issues with my knees but my PT has me doing 1/2 planks and I can now do them at home! It also is a thick enough cushion to protect my elbow that I injured. So very happy with this mat!
