These yoga cards have helped me tremendously Im just getting back into my yoga routine after several years without it I love these cards because they break it down for you in a simple easily understandable way It is so much better than trying to follow a video because I can go at my own pace without worrying about falling behind

This says any skill level but they are most definitely for beginners Since I am not a beginner I am not getting use out of them

While I think that these cards are a great tool for someone learning yoga there are a couple of issues My deck is missing the card for Pose number one Mountain I am also perplexed by the warm-up sequence which finishes with card number two BUT it is shown as a red card so it cannot be card 2 Either the number or the color is wrong I have only had these cards for a couple of days so Im not sure if there are any other discrepancies I printed out a return label for them this morning and sadly they are going back For 20 I at least want all the cards to be there I was not offered an exchange only a refund

This is exactly what my yoga practice needed I only practice yoga at home I have never taken an actual class I am all over the board a beginner intermediate in somethings and advanced in others I have been doing yoga at home for about five years now and was also a gymnast so my skill set varies The cards are very accomodating for someone like me A good balance between structure and freedom If you are a home yogi I would strongly reccommend these The benefits have jighly outweighed the price

Im trying to get more flexible and add Dakota dimension to my weight training and aerobic workouts Ive been told for years to work on yoga but Im so stiff I find the classes at my gym beyond me right now These cards make it easy for a beginner to get started at their own speed and they look like theyll serve me for quite awhile as I advanceThey are plastic feel nice in hand and seem like prove very durable Time will tell on that front

I have taken a few yoga classes and Ive done a few yoga DVDs but have gotten bored with the DVDs and cant afford the classes anymore This is a great substitute because it is different each time you work out They have very good instructions so you are not lost on what the pose is supposed to feel like You can customize it to go as long or as short as youd like and I appreciate that especially with kids running around

These cards are great for sequencing a workout I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and am a novice yoga teacher currently taking the RYT-200 I took these to class and all the other students wanted to order them It will help to keep your workouts fresh I especially liked that the queuing for the pose are printed on the back to help a person get into the pose properly Suitable for beginners to pros Great product
