I absolutely love these Yoga Cards They are strong and durable and provide detailed instructions on how to properly perform the pose Its critical to understand the exact body position and aliment or the process just don’t work right I’m just getting into Yoga and have never taken a class so I’ve tried to read and watch videos to learn the accurate way to get the most out of the workout but found myself spending more time rewinding or fast-forwarding to the poses that work for my personal Yoga Routine With these cards I can chose the routine that works for me and save a lot of time by flipping to the next card I think that these cards are perfect for all levels from beginners to experienced They have all different levels and come color coded by categories to easily find what you are looking for
