My partner made us a delicious Ethiopian pea stew. These yellow peas were great and much cheaper than we had seen irl. Recommend them to anyone looking for a quality yellow split pea.

Is so perfect I like make soup or boiled them and eat them. Is not necessary to soak them for very long, clean first time and poured the water out then add fresh one I was like 10 to 15 minutes. How long do you want? It is delicious to need to cook for a long is perfect for shops or any dish do you like.

I was under the impression that these USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC yellow peas were a product of Canada. However, the bag itself indicates the country of origin is Canada or Turkey. Anyhoo, they're high in fiber a good source of protein. They can be used in soups, stews, casseroles salads. The expiration date is well into the future.

These yellow lentils are a superior product.I gave them a 5 star rating because they're also an organic product which when this way is better for the environment and everyone who eats them for their health. I am completely satisfied with purchase of these lentils as will you be satisfied.

The first time I cooked these, I had to pressure cook for hours to get soft. I thought my Instant Pot was broken and bought a new one. I cooked these for 20 minutes on high pressure yesterday in my new Instant pot. I used no salt, just water in cooking. They were cooked, but still a little bit crunchy. I understand split pulse should be very soft after 20 minutes of pressure cooking. I don't know if it is possible at some point along the supply chain if they were stored too long or if this is just how they are, in general.
