I have been finding this pea for a long time for making a very traditional dessert from my family. This one is the best. The scent smelled wonderful and yummy when the peas were fully cooked. It reminds me of my childhood and grandma.

THESE YELLOW SPLIT PEAS ARE DELICIOUS! I ADDED SMALL BABY CARROTS AND THAT'S ALLAND IT TASTED SO CREAMY AND A LITTLE SWEET JUST SOOOOOO GOOD!

I tend to eat mostly yellow mung dhal because it is easier to digest . I soaked and cooked this channa dahl in an insta pot with ginger, fennel the blended with a stick blender added more spices cumin garam masala and some ghee ...absolutely delicious and creamy ..and easy to digest when cooked this way

A very good product. This makes a healthy and tasty soup. I plan to grind some into a meal powder to use as a veggie burger filler. To grind up your own in say a Vitamix is so much more economical than paying for the already ground up supplements. Make sure to always get non GMO and organically grown too. These were a good deal at a good and fair price. Very high protein. I will order more when I run out.

Ever since Covid19 changed life as we knew it...I haven't been able to find yellow split peas in any of our local grocery stores, or big box chain stores. Glad to find some here!

I used these yellow split peas to make soup, and simply used my regular green split pea soup recipe. Used the yellow instead of the green peas. The flavor is fantastic. Yellow peas are not sweet like green peas, so the flavor is different - more earthy, a little hard to describe, but absolutely delicious. I am buying more of these to keep on hand for future soup batches. Fresh tasting and wonderful quality! Highly recommend.

We all loved the taste of these yellow peas. I ordered again. The praise is really good and the quality is very good. Have no complaints. Have been making soups a lot. We add moong dal beans to it and other good grains. The weather is just right for a soup.
