I'm not vegan, this is simply better in coffee and cereal than any other milk-type beverage I've tried, including cow milk.It does sometimes seem that the added minerals can precipitate out a bit, but it doesn't bother me and I'd rather have the additional calcium than avoid all mineral sediment.

It's good, I use this unsweetened for coffee and cereal. I recently purchased a Maestri House Frother and this oat milk is frothy and delicious!

I have tried most oat milk brands out there and this particular brand far exceeds the others in taste, texture, flavor, and quality. It has a wonderful creaminess you get comparable to that of real milk. It is gentle on the stomach and delicious!

Silky smooth and so creamy! Very well strained so there isn't a chalky, fibrous mess. Delicious. I didn't know almond milk could be so creamy and AMAZING!This milk has the perfect consistency! I don't think I can ever go back to the other stuff

Taste great will buy again

This is my favorite addition to my morning coffee. It is creamy and dense (like cream), it has a good flavor. We haven't steamed it, but I drink it every morning, won't buy anything else.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that we got a 6-pack of milk with expiry date 3 weeks from today a bit disappointing, there is no way we will drink it all in that time. Previous deliveries were had at least 2-3 months until expiry date.

I have a lot of autoimmune issues and get itchy patches of dermatitis, a stuffy nose, and chest congestion after eating certain foods. My doctor recently told me it might be worth it to try going dairy free and as much as I love dairy I did notice feeling crappy after eating dairy products. I can't have nut milks because I feel crappy if I eat too many nuts, so I started trying oat milk. I tried the regular Califia Oat Milk and didn't like it, it tasted burnt to me. I also tried a few others like Ripple and didn't like them either. I stumbled across this Barista Blend while searching for something else to try.I really like it and even gave a carton to a friend for her daughter who has a casein allergy because I knew they'd been having a hard time finding something she liked. They were happy with it as well. Her mom even made whipped cream with it and everyone was surprised by how well it turned out.I use it in my coffee everyday and for cooking/baking. I have some Krusteaz gluten free boxed baking mixes and used it to make a cake which was amazing. Usually they end up a little dry but this one was perfectly moist and tasted so good I wanted to scarf the whole thing down right away.I definitely recommend it, it's the best dairy alternative I've tried so far.

I love creamer in my coffee. I also like my coffee to be hot. This product does not curdle like some of the other brands I have tried. And the taste is lovely.

I got this on a lightning deal and I'm so happy I did! It is now one of my favorite oat milk options. It's perfect in my coffee!

A friend suggested trying this as a 1/2 and 1/2 alternative. We have tried many options but, until now, have not found a worthy 1/2 'n 1/2 sub. This does it for us. The only thing missing is the blondish color of the coffee as do not need to use as much to get the same flavor. We like giving the cows a break.

It says foams really well so I bought it. But my regular almond milk foams 100 better. The foam on this one disappears after 3mins. And it tastes like old tree bark steeped in water. Does not taste creamy at all

This is my go to oat milk as a milk alternative. The taste is creamy but not thick and it blends well with coffee. The price is much more affordable compared to shopping at my local grocery store.

So good, smooth, great flavor. I even use it with cereal.

If you're on the fence- just do it. You won't find better oat milk than this. It's the most comparable to regular cows milk on the market and froths beautifully.

we used to love this product. We have been buying it in bulk for YEARS. There was nothing like it on the market- for flavor or blending- this oat milk was a life saver and our life line. But then one day our lattes started to taste off. We dumped coffees thinking it was the machine, changed filters, deep cleaned etcbut nothing we did worked. Sometimes they just tasted so bad that I couldn't get through a whole cup. Then finally at wit's end (because some were good and some were not) we noticed that our carton's packaging was different. The milk in the original packaging was what we have been used to drinking for years but EVERY latte we made with the new stuff is just bad. That's when we noticed that it isn't just packaging- it's made in Canada with apparently different recipes or manufacturing processes which GREATLY affect the flavor. We now drive to three different stores and buy every carton of the original that we can find and buy it online as well. EVERY. TIME. That we have to buy the new Canadian blend it has the same inferior flavor. We don't know what to do. The new stuff is almost undrrinkable it's so different. We've tried every oat milk on the market and this had been the only one worth a dn. Until now. We're heartbroken.

Delish as my Coffee creamer!

I am obsessed with this product and will never use anything else for my tea lattes. As someone who is very limited by products (they have to be pretty clean), I appreciate that this doesn't have a ton of additives and still manages to be very creamy in my lattes.
