I've cut dairy from my diet in an effort to get my cholesterol under control. I thought this meant that I was sacrificing my morning coffee, but this stuff arrived in my life to save the day. I've tried every milk equivalent at this point - almond, cashew, soy. Only the oat has come anywhere near to reproducing the flavor and creaminess of milk. I think I can go further, actually: Califia's oat blend, made specifically for coffee, is superior to the real thing. I'm obsessed with this stuff.
