Ive tried a lot of oat milk and this one tastes best to make coffee. Its a barista blend so it foams well. It doesnt have the powdery, starchy mouth feel like some brands. Very creamy and has good oat flavor, not overpowering so its good with coffee and matcha. It has subtle sweetness to it so thats a nice plus for me. I even use it as a substitution for cereal or oatmeal sometimes when Im without milk.Cons is I notice sometimes it curdles in hot coffee if I add it straight up without steaming. Leaving it out too long and it will clump into this gooey chunks on the bottom. This oat milk seems to have more fat content than some other brands too if youre watching out for that this might not be ideal.I have been using this milk regularly using subscribe and save. I notice that the price can fluctuate a bit but the price still better than buying singles from the market.

Additionally, it may not froth as well as some other non-dairy milk options, making it less suitable for creating foam in specialty coffee beverages. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this oat milk for its exceptional quality and superior taste, setting a new standard in the realm of dairy-free alternatives.

I dont like too much milk etc in my coffee, but always went with dairy (2 was my Fav). Tried a few none dairy creamers over the years. Tried this one and subscribed in 2020.

Ive tried so many different oat milk brands and this is the best for my taste. I use it everyday in my latte or cappuccino. It makes good froth.

I've been looking for a shelf stable substitute for my coffee creamer and I am enjoying this product. Unlike some of the other non-dairy milk substitutes this does not have a strong flavor that changes the taste of my coffee. Very neutral and while thin it compliments the drink nicely. I could definitely use this alone but I do enjoy mixing with half and half to make it a bit creamier. Please note that this product does not lighten the coffee so don't be worried if your drink still looks dark - it will taste good.

I have tried many cow's milk alternatives. Califia Farms Oat milk is one of the best. Many are too watery or lack flavour, instead relying on a sweetener to take up the taste-bud slack. Their oat milk has a thicker consistency and really does have a light oaty, nutty flavour. And it froths up really great! You just have to remember to shake it up before you use it. This is true of most milk alternatives. I applaud Califia Farms for their conscientiousness, consistency, whole-earth natural process and value.

I've been happily buying and consuming Califia barista blend Oatmilk for years. However this last batch though tastes the same, seems to be particularly oily. So much so that there are beads of oil floating at the top of my coffee in the morning. Not really sure what changed with this recipe but it's not appealing..

I honestly love this oat milk and have been drinking in my coffee for a while now. Up until my last delivery, there was never an issue with the product. However, my last delivery on Feb 5th contained oatmilk that expired in Dec 2022. I noticed it wasn't blending as well in my coffee but since I opened and started consuming it the day it arrived, I didn't even consider they sent me old consumable goods.

This stuff has been my goto for at least a year now. I really like the taste and it “steams remarkably” for the espressos I make. The only bone I have to pick with this stuff lately it's had some sediment at the bottom of the bottle that floats to the top of your drink sometimes. It's a little off putting for me. I think it's great other than that. Would definitely recommend!

very easy to store however does have some clumps when you get to the bottom of the carton, lil oat clumps i assume? and some oil separation i noticed when i pour in my coffee.

Being 100 upfront about this, I actually bought this product because my regular “soy milk”, was too expensive.I was thrilled once I got it.Smooth, great taste. I purchased the vanilla flavored. It is sweeter than the plain milk. I like it sweeter, so it was perfect for me.I had never tried “Oat milk.”I have being using vanilla flavored soy milk for decades.Fortunately for me, I was not going to pay the crazy price for my typical milk. So I was forced to look at the alternatives.I can't thank the vendors ,that have inflated their soy milk prices, enough.I will continue buying this.I love it.

More and more research is coming out about the bad side effects of seed oil. It would be awesome if Califia would come up with a recipe/version of this Oat Milk without including seed oil. Thank you!

I am a long time fan of this brand's almond flour milk. We decided to move to oatmilk due to the heavy consumption of water to grow almonds. The oatmilk is actually quite delicious for cereal, coffee, and tea. I also made biscuits with it and there was very little difference in the outcome from regular milk or buttermilk.
