I use this on my air popped popcorn as a sub for potato chips and it is absolutely delicious. I have also used these as the seasoning on home made fries and just in place of salt on a baked potato and it is always delicious. It is sensitive to humidity though

This is just what I was looking for. When needing sour cream for cooking I found I was usually out. I use this for stirring into hot meals and my store bought for the cold applications.

I love that if I don't have sour cream or need a small amount, I can make some rather than opening up a container and wasting so much product.

Just opened this and made some...this is disgusting to the point where it is unusable. This has no resemblance to sour cream. All you could taste was the lemon or citric acid added to it. If I wanted cream soured with a ton of lemon or citric acid I could have done it myself. I don't think this could even be used for baking. Wish I had checked it out sooner...it definitely would've been returned

The taste is OK, but it's a bit too sharp for me. I mix 1 cup of this mix with 1/4 cup Nido powdered milk to get a mix that is a lot better.

This is a very tasty seasoning on soft pretzels. Can't wait to try it on other foods. Such a great product!

Definitely not sour cream like you are used to. It's very watery. I opted to use it in sauces when I cook.

It's pretty damn good like pringles bbq flavor. They should make a sugar free one using alternative sweetener so people on low carb diets can enjoy without the worry of unwanted sugar
