I love this product! By doctor's orders, I must limit my salt intake now and this seasoning DOES include salt but according to the ingredients label, I am permitted 2 teaspoons which is the allowable salt my bodyrequires per day. If I am careful to avoid other salt intake, I like to air-pop a bowl of popcorn, lightly sprinkle some pure olive oil then mix in 2 TEASPOONS thoughout. The oil is light and the taco seasoning is only hinted at here and there subtly but OH WHAT A TREAT!!! Tastiest popcorn ever!!!

i normally have to blend multiple different spices to arrive at the correct flavor for meat used in taco meat, chili meat etc. in order to taste right, this stuff is as close as iv'e ever got to having everything in one as it gets. you won't be sorry for trying this one! its good stuff.
