My truck is on a 7” bds lift with 35’s. This Is a 6” drop medium duty. Still have room in my rear suspension to add air bags with this configuration. Works fine with the car hauler I tow.

My only complaint is if the hitch is installed and you have even a mildly dip in the road you WILL smack the ground if your truck is bot lifted.
