I manage a wind farm in eastern Oregon. There is exposure to the elements, climbing and semi-tight spaces. Flexibility and weather protection are important, add in the Cal 43 protection and its a great outer garment. The parka appears to be well made, stitching and hems look to be strong. The fit is very much as expected with an allowance for layering. To give a reference on my size, I am 6' tall, 225 pounds, wear 46 regular in a jacket, a 17.534; neck and 3434; sleeves in a shirt. The internal 34;weather band34; fits fine as long as I'm not layering bulky shirts, seals the draft, but between my belly and bulky layering, it gets tight.
